I would like to know how IPC works in XEN.

Anybody have any reference link to understand ?

IPC should work the same inside a VM as it did before, so that all depends on what OS or framework you're using for your applications.

For communicating between VMs or guests, there are a variety of options. You can configure network interfaces and use sockets, you can allocate shared memory locations and communicate that way, or you can use a Xen-based abstraction. Section 6.4.1 of the User's Manual describes how to use libvchan between Linux guests, which is probably what you're interested in.
