Version 2.0.0 of the Bare Metal Container (BMC) has been released at our github site:

https://github.com/dornerworks/xzd_baremetal

* Replaced GPLv2 code with FreeBSD equivalent
* Added function to create MMU table entries
* Put memory mapping function and a print to Xen console function into a function table so payload applications can make use of them.

Version 2.1.0 of the Bare Metal Container (BMC) has been released at our github site:

https://github.com/dornerworks/xzd_baremetal
  • Added new BMC function to return the version of the BMC.
  • Added "xzd_bmc.h" header file for use by payload applicaions.
    -  Defines bmc_mem_mapper, bmc_xen_print, and bmc_get_version (can be accessed as functions).
    -  Describes the BMC function signatures. 
    -  Provides an inline function to check that the version of the header file is compatible with the actual BMC used, check_compat().
